R/Shiny web application for Harvard University
Disease and therapeutics research
The project
Harvard University's HMS Laboratory of Systems Pharmacology needed a tool to support their disease and therapeutics research and complement a newly published research paper.
Our role
Harvard University researchers came to us with a rough sketch of what they needed and we built the tool for them to their specifications using R and the R package for building web applications, Shiny.
Features of the work
- The application was developed using R/Shiny.
- The application makes use of Shiny modules to organize code into discrete chunks.
- The application makes use of the
crosstalk
R package to link charts.
